MICOP The Mixtec Indigenous Community Outreach Project is a non-profit organization aimed at empowering the indigenous migrant worker families from Southern Mexico. The residents participate in the monthly community meetings along with coordinating the annual backpack drive and vaccine clinic. For more information go here. |

Minority Retention and Recruitment Committee The committee focuses on promoting diversity and cultural competence among medical professionals. The goal is to provide opportunities and mentorship for students traditionally underrepresented in medicine via high school, undergrad, and medical school outreach/recruitment. |
