Blood Pressure Check Visit

Subjective

The patient is here today for a blood pressure evaluation. They deny headache, chest pain, shortness of breath or new leg edema.

Assessment/Plan

The vital signs were reviewed and the blood pressure evaluated. The patient does not need blood pressure medication refills and no medication changes are necessary at this time. Follow-up is recommended with PCP in several weeks for re-evaluation.
