Pt counseled on pros/cons of prostate screening in asymptomatic adults. Advised on differing opinions of USPSTF/AAFP (against routine screening) vs ACS and AUA (for routine screening) in males >50. Pt understands risk of false + and w/u as well as missing a cancer it if not elected. Pt makes informed consent for:
