Applications

Applications are accepted until November 1, and the accepted candidates will be announced on December 15. Applications are open to graduates of any family medicine residency program.

To apply, send your CV and a personal statement describing your interest in the fellowship to the director of the fellowship.

The positions may be filled preferentially with graduates of the Ventura County Family Medicine Residency Program, given our familiarity with their performance during residency training.

Application materials will be posted to this website as they become available.
